Daily Office Lectionary App Reviews

Quite disappointed with this app. I was looking forward to following the lectionary every day, but it only lists the psalms.

To clarify Ms Zeds review, I have used this app on my iPhone and on my iPad daily for a long time. It does all the books of the Bible not just Psalms! It is very easy to use and excellent. Highly recommend it.

This application looks very useful. So I purchased it. But it keeps failing to start both in my iPhone 4S and iPad 2. This is a huge disappointment. Hope the problem will be fixed as soon as possible.

I paid my $1.99 for a heading "Lectionary Index" at the top of a very slightly screen. Nothing else. Dont waste your money or time!

A blank page that shows "Lectionary Index" at the top. Thats the best you can do? Nothing else?? Useless app.

I heard good things about this app but when I downloaded it and opened it, all the pages were blank. Tried everything including re loading to no avail. Waste of money.

This app does not open for the iPad Mini. Wish it would...Lenten Season has started and I am left with a dud for an app. Sigh, I had high hopes for this.

Every time that I have installed and reinstalled this app, it downloads Year 1, and then Year 2 - almost. Just before Year 2 completes downloading, the app crashes and I end up with nothing. An empty app which wont open. So I delete the app, and re-download. It does the same thing. Please fix this so I can use it I have an iPod 4 running iOS 6.1.2. Thanks.

I downloaded this app and it worked fine on my iPhone 4 - but it took two tries for my iPad 2. After de-installing and re-installing its working now. Just a note for those who might find that it doesnt work on your iPad.

I have tried applying the update, and uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Sadly, I cannot get the new version to open.

This app fills void for so many who desire to pray the Daily Office. It places the Scriptures right at hand without the $100+ cost of the bound volumes. What a gift to others who desire to share in the fellowship of Gods Word through meditation and prayer. I had no problems at all downloading and installing the app today to my iPad 2. As a vocational deacon in the Episcopal Church, I expect this app to be a part of my daily devotional life.

Why?

I enjoyed this lectionary for the first couple of months I had it. It stopped opening after that. Installing all system & app updates, then removing & reinstalling the app did not fix it.

Its interesting to know that this app is there for everyone to have a daily dose of Gods powerful words. This helps nourish our spirits with His spiritual food that never rots but continues to strengthen us fight lifes daily struggles...I encourage everyone to download this app, no regrets but full of graces and blessings for each one buying this app.

This app does not have the full Daily Office unlike Mission St Clare. This is the readings only. I cannot find Mission St Clare for iPad.

Negative reviews made me think about it but works fine for me. Perfect for my needs. Thanks!

This is a wonderful app! I use it everyday and get so much enjoyment from it. I recommend it to all.

Quit working altogether. Deleted and downloaded and now it works perfectly again. One of my favorite apps

I had trouble opening this app at first but I reinstalled it and its worked fine since. Great having the lectionary so accessible especially when I travel. I use it every day

This app worked nicely in 2013. With the new year it abandoned me and has not opened since.
